CAREC Crash Investigation Training
This training course will provide participants with the skills to attend and manage a traffic crash scene and to analyze the meaning and cause of various marks left on the roadway. Participants will understand how and why vehicles move as they do after impact and trace back the vehicles to the impact positions. Participants will gain the skills to complete sketches and scale plans and to correctly photograph scene. After completing this course participants will have the confidence to investigate traffic crashes and provide robust information on what happened, how it happened and why it happened.
