Regional Improvement of Border Services Project, Additional Financing The newly approved additional financing for the ongoing Regional Improvement of Border Services Project will further upgrade border crossing points in Bichigt, bordering the PRC in the east; and Borshoo, which borders the Russian Federation in the west.
Regional Improvement of Border Services The proposed project will tackle the core problem of inefficient trade processes by rehabilitating facilities and providing modern equipment to three major border-crossing points, upgrading the Customs Automated Information System, and conducting preparatory work for the establishment of a single-window system for trade-related regulatory requirements.
CAREC Regional Improving Border Services Project The proposed project will (i) improve border crossing point infrastructure and facility at Torkham, Chaman, and Wagha to the standard that meets users' demand for quality border crossing services; and (ii) establish a border point management regime and enhance knowledge and skills of border point operating agencies.
Regional Upgrades of Sanitary and Phytosanitary Measures for Trade Project The project supports the improvement of Sanitary and Phytosanitary measures (SPS) in Mongolia in compliance with the World Trade Organization Agreement on the Application of SPS measures. The improvement in the SPS system is an essential prerequisite for Mongolia to increase agriculture and food trade and diversify its economy.
CAREC Regional Improvement of Border Services Project The project will help upgrade facilities at two key border crossing points, one in Tajikistan and one in the Kyrgyz Republic, and introduce a single-window system for tracking cargo to cut processing time and costs.
Second Customs Reform and Trade Facilitation Project The project will help facilitate trade and regional cooperation by easing the movement of goods and services to and from Afghanistan.
Regional Customs Modernization and Infrastructure Development Project The project aims to improve the efficiency and transparency of customs services and reinforce the ongoing customs legal reforms and simplification of custom procedures and facilitate trade and promote regional customs cooperation through concerted customs reforms and modernization in the region.
Pakistan Trade and Transport Facilitation II The project aims to improve the performance of trade and transport logistics in Pakistan by facilitating the implementation of the National Trade Corridor Improvement Program (NTCIP) and the simplification and modernization of Pakistan's international trade procedures and practices.
Customs Development Project The project will reform and modernize the customs administration of Kazakhstan, by promoting internationally acceptable practices for processing of international trade flows, improving revenue collection, and reducing potential for corruption.

Emergency Customs Modernization and Trade Facilitation Project The project aims to improve key customs and transit-related infrastructure and communications, improve the capacity for customs and transit administration, and improve local tax administration.
Regional Trade Facilitation and Customs Cooperation Program (Kyrgyz Republic Component) The program will integrate the economies of the Kyrgyz Republic and Tajikistan into the world trading system by setting up a regional framework with an effective cooperation mechanism.
