Central Asia Regional Economic Cooperation Program Side Event at the 10th Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum: Transit Facilitation for CAREC Economic Integration
ADB organized a side event at the 10th Asia-Pacific Trade Facilitation Forum: Transit Facilitation for CAREC Economic Integration in Singapore. The workshop contributed to the identification of potential improvements in transit regimes for effective transit operations which are important to ensure regional integration and economic development. Transport experts were invited to share their knowledge and expertise on regional transit flows and data capture mechanism, the development of regional transit procedures, and had a discussion on the differences between national and regional transit systems.
