The Development Effectiveness Review (DEfR) monitors and reports on progress made over the year by all the components of the CAREC Program toward achieving the goals originally defined in the Comprehensive Action Plan. These goals were recast into a more focused set of objectives in CAREC 2020.

This brochure summarizes what CAREC achieved during 2014, and what its priorities are for 2015 and beyond.
