菲律宾马尼拉（2022年9月29日讯）— 亚洲开发银行（亚行）副行长陈诗新在亚行理事会第55届年会上表示，面对持续不断的地区挑战，中亚及邻国应将气候变化减缓和适应工作纳入增长战略，并增强粮食安全。 “在中亚区域经济合作（CAREC）计划覆盖的地区，农业部门的生产力低下，连通性有限，抗市场波动的能力不足。此外，还受到气候变化的威胁，”陈副行长在CAREC计划高级别会议上表示，“这一切将继续阻碍粮食安全的实现。CAREC计划可助力改善农村生计，扶持农业的商业化发展，提高农业部门的生产力、竞争力和韧性。”
