National Workshop on Authorized Economic Operators Program for Mongolia
The Government of Mongolia, with support from Asian Development Bank, conducted a national workshop on the requirements to launch an Authorized Economic Operators program.
The workshop aimed to improve the skills and capacity of the Mongolian Customs in its efforts to modernize its risk management system.
Experts from the World Customs Organization discussed in detail the SAFE Framework of Standards and the basic principles of the AEO Program.
Japan Customs also shared its implementation experience.
