Seventh CAREC Transport Sector Coordinating Committee Meeting

The meeting focused on the draft Transport Sector Strategy Study. Participants also developed the committee’s work program for 2008.

Participants came from the transport sectors of the eight CAREC countries and from four multilateral institutions: the Asian Development Bank, the Islamic Development Bank, the United Nations Economic and Social Commission for Asia and the Pacific, and the United Nations Conference on Trade and Development.
