The CAREC Federation of the Carrier and Freight Forwarder Associations (CFCFA) organized the training in coordination with the Shanghai Maritime University and with the assistance of the Asian Development Bank. The Mongolia National Chamber of Commerce and Industry and the China International Federation of Forwarders Association helped invite participants.
