Summary
This technical assistance updates the existing regional transport sector study of the Asian Development Bank. Initial work includes discussion of issues and collection of information during a field trip to Kazakstan, Kyrgyz Republic, Tajikistan, Turkmenistan, and Uzbekistan, and presentation of an initial outline strategy to the governments at a regional transport meeting
