The TA will identify, support, and promote scalable, private sector-led business models for provision of affordable and sustainable energy products and services for Tajikistan’s rural population.

Expected Outcome

• Conducive policy and regulatory framework for green energy small and medium-sized enterprises (SMEs)
• Improved access to finance for green energy products and service user
• New business models and approaches enabling green energy product/services delivery implemented
• Project experience, results, and lessons learned are systematically monitored, assessed, codified, and disseminated
