Dushanbe–Kyrgyz Border Road Rehabilitation Project, Phase 3

Summary

The technical assistance (TA) will help enhance regional cooperation and sustainable socioeconomic development in CAREC countries by rehabilitating the regional transport corridor in Tajikistan.

Expected Outcome

The objective of the TA is to prepare a feasibility study and a preliminary design to rehabilitate the section of the road from Km 217 (Nimich, the Tajikabad Junction) to Km 338 (Tajikistan-Kyrgyzstan border), a total distance of approximately 121 km, and selected rural projects totaling about 100 km.
