CAREC: Supporting Capacity Development Needs of CAREC 2020
Summary
The technical assistance (TA) will help meet sector capacity development needs of member countries in implementing CAREC 2020, which will support planning and implementation of their national development plans.

Improved capacity of CAREC countries to plan, manage, and implement projects and activities that contribute to the goals of CAREC 2020
