The technical assistance has to prepare a feasibility study for the planning of the Yevlax-Ganja road rehabilitation project suitable for an Asian Development Bank financing.

The project aims to increase the efficiency and safety of transport between Yevlax and Ganja on the east-west road corridor linking Baku to the Georgian border.
