22nd CAREC Transport Sector Coordinating Committee Meeting

Objectives

The upcoming 22nd CAREC Transport Sector Coordinating Committee (TSCC) meeting will discuss the CAREC Transport Strategy 2030 Midterm Review (CTS MTR) recommendations as well as ongoing and planned investment projects and policy actions of the CAREC member countries and their needs for financial and technical assistance from the international development community. The CAREC development partners will respond by summarizing their priorities, aligned with the CAREC member countries’ needs. Based on the TSCC discussions, the CTS MTR will be further presented to the Senior Officials Meeting on 18 June 2025 and eventually endorsed by the ministers in the 24th CAREC Ministerial Conference, currently planned in November 2025.
