Summary:The objective of the assignment is to develop a medium-sized building project to be implemented over a period of 40 months with the support of the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) and Global Environment Facility (GEF).
Expected Outcome:Effective policy making informed by robust energy consumption monitoring and reference
Expected Outputs:Project components include

  • establishment of baseline energy consumption and GHG emissions in the construction sector;
  • development and implementation of Nationally Appropriate Mitigation Actions (NAMA) in the construction sector; and
  • measurement, reporting and verification system for NAMA.
